The Summariser [v0.8]

‣

Identify & Answer the 5 Most Important Questions from Any Text

This prompt has been made to adapt to any text. It’ll work with any input text – whether it’s an article, PDF, meeting transcript, customer feedback data, or whatever else you can think of.
The output will be a clear, structured summary that’s in-depth but quick to read. If you want more detail from a certain part of the summary, simply ask the robot in your follow-up message.
Feel free to adapt the prompt for your own purposes. Normally the AI will automatically figure out the kind of text it’s summarising. Nevertheless, explicitly stating the context upfront can help it to focus on the most important details. You can add this by changing <TEXT> to whatever you’re summarising - PDF, article, transcript etc.
HOW TO: Start a new chat with any AI model (ChatGPT, Gemini etc). Copy & paste the prompt (click the 📄Copy button) and include your input text at the bottom.
‣
OPTIONAL: 5 questions not enough? Here’s a follow-up prompt to fill in any gaps

Coming in v0.9: More customisation (context, tone of voice, output style)

OUTPUT: 10 Headings with Bullets

This is a very general prompt I use every day. Works well for articles, PDFs, books, YouTube transcripts, meeting transcripts.
As with The Summariser, you can give the robot a bit more context by editing <TEXT> to specify whatever text you’re summarising.
HOW TO: Start a new chat with any AI model (ChatGPT, Gemini etc). Copy & paste the prompt (click the 📄Copy button) and include the text you want to summarise below.
Summarise this <TEXT> under relevant headings and detailed bullets. Mention specific details, never generalisations. Where appropriate, group related topics together to keep total headings below 10.
